The Parklife Metro consortium brings together four world-class organisations to deliver the SSTOM works – Plenary, Webuild, Siemens and RATP Dev.

Our collective international experience will ensure the latest and best technologies and innovations are applied to Sydney Metro – Western Sydney Airport. We will also deliver a wide range of benefits to the local economy throughout the delivery phase, sourcing from local businesses and creating local jobs.

Plenary Group is Australia’s leading independent investor, developer and manager of public infrastructure, property and precincts. Established in 2004 and headquartered in Sydney, it has grown to now comprise a portfolio of 81 assets under management worth more than A$66 billion across Australia, North America and the Middle East.

Webuild is a global leader in the construction of large, complex civil infrastructure. It is working with local partners to develop the Snowy 2.0 in the Snowy Mountains and part of the Northeast Link in Melbourne. In Perth, it recently delivered the Airport Line. In Sydney, it built the skytrain bridge and viaduct for Sydney Metro Northwest. Webuild, the expression of 117 years of engineering experience, applied in five continents, thanks to the talent of 83,000 people of more than 100 nationalities.
